The Fountains is a 703 unit retail- residential complex built on an existing neighborhood shopping center in Plantation, Florida. The residential component was designed in order to revitalize the existing shopping center by bringing 703 families to create traffic. The project consists of three complexes with one or three buildings each for a total of seven buildings. The project maintains the urban fabric previously established and each has their own amenities located on top of the parking garage.
