A residential high rise complex on a 6.5 acre bayfront parcel, this project spearheads the redevelopment of a neglected warehouse district in Miami Beach. Two 26 story blocks of condominium units are arranged on a North-South axis to take advantage of the views of Miami Beach and the Atlantic Ocean to the East, and Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline to the West. A bayside promenade rings the site, connecting the towers to a new state of the art marina, pool, and landscaped deck with healthclub, restaurants, boutiques and outdoor cafes.
