This tower was a joint venture design and real estate development with the office of Ricardo Boffil, Taller de Architectura in Barcelona. The project was designed to be a beacon at the point where the Miami River meets Biscayne Bay; consisting of retail entertainment spaces, office space and multifamily residential units.
