This 1.3 million square foot mixed-use development is located on the South Bank of the Miami River and within the downtown district. The two phase project, designed and developed with the input and cooperation of Miami’s Downtown Development Authority, combines 700 hundred condominium residences, 95,000 square feet of condominium office lofts and 16,000 square feet of ground level commercial space fronting on the Miami River and linked to the city’s proposed river walk. Two residential towers, 46 and 54 stories tall, contain innovative, affordable units designed to cater to urban office workers and the growing home office market. A nine story lushly landscaped podium contains rooftop pools, gymnasiums, spa, meeting rooms, a 5,000 square foot business centre and 1,250 structured parking spaces. Selected to be a prototype development by the Governor’s Commission for Sustainable South Florida, the project incorporates a variety of State of the Art technologies.
