The building, located in the Miami Design District, is the first multistory showroom in the area. It consists of five stories with single showrooms on the ground, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor and an open roof top terrace for events. The ground floor is pedestrian friendly, with an entrance plaza, connected to the lobby and ground floor showroom and show windows. The building has a modern high-tech image with a layered glass façade consisting of a two layer random shaped multi-colored glass attached to tensioned, steel cables in front of the window wall. This façade application creates a creative and distinctive image for the Design District through transparencies, reflections and projections. At the same time, this double layered glass creates an air cushion and shade that adds to the energy efficiency of the building.
